- primary activities • The Company's main activity is the development, sale, implementation and operation of digital software solutions for public authorities, including municipalities, regions and government institutions. The solutions are primarily delivered as subscription-based SaaS services and include related support, advisory services and maintenance. The Company sells its solutions, among other things, through public tenders and framework agreements, including agreements under SKI \(Staten og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice\). • entity

- going concern uncertainty • The Company has realised a net profit of DKK 2,879,598 for the year, and the Company's current assets amount to DKK 386,463, while its short-term liabilities amount to DKK 8,265,372. Of the short-term liabilities, DKK 5,381,553 relates to deferred income, which will be settled through delivery of services rather than cash payments. Subsequent to the balance sheet date, the Company has entered into a significant number of new contracts, which generate positive cash flows from operations. Furthermore, the Company has changed bank and obtained an increased credit facility. Based on the above, Management considers the Company's capital resources to be sufficient, and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis. • entity

- subsequent events • After the balance sheet date the Company's shareholders have sold a majority of the shares to a new investor. As part of the sale the Company's warrant program was paid out. Other than these events, no other events materially affecting the assessment of the Annual Report have occurred after the balance sheet date. • entity
