Description of key activities of the companyThe purpose of the company is to own investments in other companies as well as companies that, in the opinion of the Executive Board, are related to this.

Development in activities and financial mattersThe gross loss for the year totals DKK -96.544 against DKK -66.278 last year. The result from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK 7.290.998 against DKK 7.321.395 last year. The management consider the result profit for the year satisfactory.

The Company has received a letter of comfort from NoHo Partners Oyj, to ensure that the Company can continue its operations and meet their liabilities as they fall due.

Events subsequent to the financial yearNo events materially affecting the assessment of the Annual Report have occurred after the balance sheet date.

Joint taxationWith Nordic Hospitality Partners Denmark A/S, company reg. no 39427958 as administration company, the company is subject to the Danish scheme of joint taxation and unlimitedly, jointly, and severally liable, along with the other jointly taxed companies, for the total corporation tax.…

6.Charges and securityCharges and security include a guarantee provided by the Company for group-related companies' balances with SJF Bank an amount of TDKK 85,000 as at 31 December 2025.
