Custimoo ApS operates a technology-enabled business model combining proprietary digital platforms with coordinated sourcing and production of customized sports apparel.

The Company provides a fully automated white-label solution primarily for the sports apparel industry, allowing users to design, approve, and order personalized teamwear through an integrated product customizer.

Orders are processed through the Company’s platform and produced on a demand-driven basis in collaboration with external manufacturing partners. Custimoo does not maintain inventory but coordinates production, quality assurance, and delivery of finished products directly to customers.

This asset-light operating model reduces capital binding while maintaining operational control and scalability.

During 2025, the Company established its Canadian subsidiary, Custimoo Canada Ltd., as part of its strategic North American expansion. The subsidiary commenced operations during the year and strengthens the Company’s commercial presence in the North American market. Custimoo ApS continues to act as the technological and operational backbone of the business.

The financial statements comprise Custimoo ApS as parent company. The investment in Custimoo Canada Ltd. is recognized using the equity method, and the subsidiary’s result for the year is included under income from investments in subsidiaries.
