Financial review

The Group's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a net loss of TUSD 61,353, compared with a net loss of TUSD 48,212 in 2024. The increase in operating expenditures reflects the Company's continued and deliberate investment in its clinical development programs, as well as its efforts to build a strong organizational and operational foundation for future growth.…

On March 30, 2026, Hemab completed a corporate reorganization pursuant to which the shareholders of Hemab ApS exchanged their shares in Hemab ApS for the same number, class and series of newly issued shares, on a one-to-one basis, in the newly incorporated Delaware company, Hemab Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. As a result, Hemab ApS became a wholly owned subsidiary of Hemab Therapeutics Holdings, Inc.

On May 1, 2026, Hemab Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. completed its initial public offering (IPO), and its common stock is now listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in the United States under the symbol "COAG."

No other events have occurred after the balance sheet date which could significantly affect the Company's financial position.
