The parent company's activities comprise holding equity investments in other Danish enterprises, providing taxable services to its subsidiaries and other activities, in the opinion of the executive board, are related to this. ​​The group's activities comprise consultancy and development of machines and plants. Since the 2024 financial year, the group has streamlined its subsidiary structure to focus on Research & Development activities. Consequently, the majority of costs within the group are directly attributable to R&D operations, including the development of our new Bolt Check product line, which represents a strategic expansion into new market areas.
