In 2025, Visma Enterprise A/S achieved a revenue of 283.4 million DKK, reflecting a 5.2% growth from 2024. Profit before tax amounted to 77.7 million DKK, representing a growth of 16% compared to 2024.

Profit/loss for the year compared to previously announced expectationsFor 2025, profit before tax was estimated to be in the range of 70 million DKK to 75 million DKK. With profit before tax amounting to 77.7 million DKK, the result exceeded expectations. Despite ongoing market challenges, profit margins improved and remained strong, driven by continued operational improvements, platform efficiencies, and disciplined cost management. Management considers the profit for the year to be satisfactory.

2026 Financial Forecast and Growth DriversFor 2026, we estimate a profit before tax in the range of 95 million DKK to 99 million DKK. The anticipated growth in 2026 is driven by continued operational efficiency, increased customer value realisation, and disciplined cost management.

No events materially affecting the Company’s financial position have occurred subsequent to the financial year-end.

The Company is jointly taxed with its parent, Visma Danmark Holding A/S, which acts as management company, and is jointly and severally liable with other jointly taxed group entities for payment of income taxes as well as withholding taxes on interest, royalties and dividends falling due for payment.

The Visma Group has a cash pool agreement, under which the Norwegian parent company, Visma AS, is the holder of the agreement, while other group companies are sub-account holders. The bank can settle drafts and deposits with each other, so the net amount constitutes a balance between the bank and Visma AS. For Visma Enterprise A/S' intercompany balances, 90.8 MDKK are included in the joint cash pool agreement.
