The solution is aimed at the enterprise segment, serving medium- and large-sized businesses across all industries in Denmark. The company continues to expand its core business to include additional business-critical HRM processes that simplify working life and provide flexibility for customers. Intega A/S is 100% owned by Visma Danmark Holding A/S and operates in the Nordics as part of Visma’s Business Segment. “2025 marked the first step in our transition towards Intega — a focused HRM platform and brand designed to support enterprises with complex payroll, workforce, and regulatory requirements.” Strategic Rebranding to Intega 2025 has been a defining year in our transformation journey. During the year, we initiated the rebranding of our product portfolio as the first step in the transition from Visma Enterprise to the distinct and independent brand Intega. The rebranding lays the foundation for longterm differentiation and supports our ambition to establish Intega as a recognised enterprise HRM brand in its own right. New Organizational Structure and Strategic PillarsAs part of this transformation, the organisation has been structured around three strategic pillars: Technology & Operations Excellence, Customer Growth & Success, and Business Strategy & Development. This structure strengthens accountability across product quality, customer value creation, and long?term strategic execution. Technology Modernization and Platform DevelopmentAt the same time, significant progress has been made in modernising our technology foundation. A key priority has been the systematic reduction of legacy code and technical debt. In 2025 alone, approximately 1.5 million lines of code were removed while more than 4 million lines were added as part of structured platform development. We have continued to execute on our ambition to increase efficiency and scalability across the organisation. Optimisation of our platform and service setup has enabled us to maintain a high and stable service level with a relatively lean organisation. AI and Automation StrategyAI and automation remain important enablers in our transformation. Throughout 2025, we have strengthened internal capabilities and worked systematically with automation and data driven optimisation to increase productivity and scalability. Our approach to AI is pragmatic and value driven: AI is applied where it simplifies complex processes, improves decision support, and helps organisations automate critical HRM processes. Strengthening IT Security and ComplianceContinued investments have also been made in IT security, governance, and regulatory compliance to meet increasing external requirements and customer expectations. Recertification of ISO 27001 and clean ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 audit reports once again confirm a strong and reliable operational foundation. Navigating Evolving Regulatory RequirementsRegulatory requirements continue to play a central role in the development of our solutions. In particular, upcoming EU initiatives such as pay transparency place new demands on how organisations document, analyse, and report compensation structures.
