Forretning og udvikling
Description of key activities of the companyThe purpose of this Company is to provide energy-efficient solutions for homes and buildings as well as all activities that, in the Board's opinion, are related to this.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThe gross profit for the year totals DKK 6.579 thousand against DKK 2.998 thousand last year. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -8.146 thousand against DKK -6.898 thousand last year. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory.
Financial resources and liquidity
Subsequent to the balance sheet date, the Company has completed the sale of its development project, BEAM, and secured the related financing required to support the Company’s planned operations. In addition, Management is pursuing initiatives to further strengthen the Company’s capital base. On this basis, Management has assessed that the Company has sufficient liquidity to continue its planned operations for the coming year.
