It is driven by people who are passionate about investigating new ​possibilities and dilemmas at the cross-section between humans and technolgies by deploying a combination of coding, software, hardware and rental. • entity

The Company's Income Statement of the financial year 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025 shows a negative result of TDKK -870 and the Balance Sheet at 31 December 2025 a balance sheet total of TDKK 35,800 and an equity of TDKK 33,662.​​As part of an adjustment to the Group’s strategic approach to innovation and product development, management​decided during the financial year to discontinue MindFuture as a venture builder organization. • entity

- subsequent events • No events have occurred after the balance sheet date to this date, which would influence the evaluation of this annual report. • entity

- contingent liabilities • The Entity participates in a Danish joint taxation arrangement where LNZ Holding Zibra ApS serves as the ​administration company. According to the joint taxation provisions of the Danish Corporation Tax Act, the Entity ​is therefore liable for income taxes etc. for the jointly taxed entities, and for obligations, if any, relating to the ​withholding of tax on interest, royalties and dividend for the jointly taxed entities. The jointly taxed entities' total ​known net liability under the joint taxation arrangement is disclosed in the administration company's financial ​statements. • entity
