The company's objects are to provide certain administrative services related to human

resources activities on behalf of other companies, and all activities deemed to be related thereto

by the executive board.

The corporate purpose of the Company consists of consulting; hiring and subcontracting

resources for clients requiring services for projects, and providing services in the form of remote

work.

Therefore, the Company directly hires employees in Denmark, taking on their behalf all the

necessary responsibilities in the country regarding payroll, taxes and other benefits attributable

to the employees, ensuring that all necessary rules, laws and local requirements are compliantly

The business has not yet reached a level where revenue exceeds the cost of establishing the

operations, however the business has grown significantly since establishment in 2021. The turn

to profitability will be driven by an increased number of customers and external employees

generating additional management fee income.

The sole shareholder of the Company since its incorporation is REMOTE EUROPE HOLDING

B.V., an entity incorporated in The Netherlands.

The Company is part of the Remote Group, and its direct parent company is REMOTE
