Forretning og udvikling
The purpose of the company is to act as management company for the joint taxation arrangement for the group.
The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 75,283 against a loss of DKK 82,378 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 190,036. Management considers the Company's financial performance in the year satisfactory.
Risici og væsentlige forhold
No events materially affecting the Company's financial position have occurred subsequent to the financial year-end.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
Other contingent liabilities
As management company, the Company is jointly and severally liable for tax on the jointly taxed income of the Group. Moreover, the group companies are jointly and severally liable for Danish withholding taxes by way of dividends tax, tax on royalty payments and tax on unearned income. Any subsequent adjustments of corporation taxes and withholding taxes may increase the Company's liability.
The Company has as part of its normal course of business, entered into customary executory contracts.
The Company has not provided any security or other collateral in assets at 31 December 2025.
