Planetary Impact Ventures A/S was established in 2020. The company is the manager of two evergreen funds: Planetary Impact Ventures Fund K/S, established in 2022 with total committed capital of DKK 163 million as of 31 December 2025 and Planetary Soil Fund K/S with total committed capital of DKK 81.8 million as of 31 December 2025.Planetary Impact Ventures Fund K/S is dedicated to fund much needed innovation in support of a better food system within planetary boundaries. With an open-ended investment horizon, the fund focuses on patient investments within agriculture, food, and biodiversity. Our aim is to provide a fair financial return on the limited partnership’s share capital by making investments in European businesses primarily in the earlier stages of development (pre-seed to series A). The purpose of the fund is to have a positive impact on the environment, and to promote systemic change within organic regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, circularity, and food. Planetary Soil Fund K/S is dedicated to acquiring and stewarding degraded Danish farmland and transitioning it to organic-regenerative agriculture and restored nature. The fund operates as an evergreen vehicle with a long-term horizon and aims to provide a fair and stable financial return while delivering measurable environmental benefits. Through partnerships with farmers, local communities, and nature restoration actors, the fund enables access to land for those committed to organic-regenerative practices and rewilding. By separating land ownership from land operation, the fund reduces the capital barrier for new organic-regenerative farmers and ensures that land use restrictions protecting soil, water, and biodiversity are secured for the long term. The fund’s objective is to regenerate soil health, enhance freshwater protection, increase biodiversity, and contribute to the systemic transition of Danish agriculture while offering investors exposure to real assets aligned with planetary boundaries.Planetary Impact Ventures A/S’ remuneration policy aims at ensuring that all investment decisions are based on holistic assessments and contribute to reduction of sustainability risks.
