Forretning og udvikling
Intersource A/S is a Danish company that sources innovative non-food brands, sells and markets the products to leading Nordic retail chains. We have headquarters in central Copenhagen.
The results of the company's activities in the financial year amounted to a profit of DKK 3.012.359 against DKK -5.053.465 in last financial year. The equity at the balance sheet date amounted to DKK 2.814.119.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
Intersource A/S
Intersource A/S are jointly taxed with other group companies and are severally liable for tax on the jointly taxed incomes etc. of the group. Moreover, the group companies are jointly and severally liable for Danish withholding taxes by way of tax on interest, dividend tax and tax on royalty payments. Any subsequent adjustments of corporation taxes and withholding taxes may increase the the company's liability. Intersource ApS has issued a declaration to provide financial and liquidity support to the group enterprise Intersource E-Commerce ApS until December 31, 2026. Intersource A/S has a limited suretyship towards group enterprises’ engagement with credit institution. In maximum the suretyship amounts to899.268
