## Beskrivelse

Ambu Operations A/S is a fully owned subsidiary of Ambu A/S. The principal activity of the Company is to conduct production and trade within the medico industry both nationally and abroad. The Company can as a shareholder or as a stakeholder within investment, loan and credit, have interest in other companies with same purpose as indicated above. The manufacturing plant is placed in Mexico, mainly in order to strengthen the production capacity and supply of products in North America.
