Yaak is a frontier AI lab that develops Spatial Intelligence that is embodiment, environment and task agnostic. Yaak's proprietary Spatial Intelligence Kit (SIK) is designed with safety rating in mind and can be installed on any physical platform in a few hours, and turn the asset into an intelligent autonomous worker across industries such​as: Warehousing, manufacturing, mining, construction, transportation and assembly. ​ ​Yaak's foundation model runs on cost efficient compute and is demonstrating noteworthy generalization capabilities, while only being trained on a fraction of their data, using a handful of GPUs. ​ ​Yaak also makes their developer tools and infrastructure, Nutron, available to 3rd party developers. Nutron provides a natural language interface for AI developers to curate datasets, train end-to-end models, and deploy intelligence across robotic fleets.

Development in activities and finances

During the year, Yaak completed the strategic divestment of its simulation technology business. The divestment allows the company to concentrate resources and efforts on the core platform, continued research into their foundation model and expansion into new robotics and industrial verticals. ​ ​In 2026 Yaak continued to invest in the development of their Spatial Intelligence Kit (SIK) that can be installed on any heavy machinery or industrial equipment in a few hours in the field. Yaak will start taking pre-orders in 2026 and expect safety certification for the first use cases early 2027.

After the balance sheet date, the company has secured a strategic investment from a new investor, in terms of convertible debt instruments. The funding bolsters Yaak’s balance sheet and ensures that Yaak no longer requires​external funding to survive. The new investor is also an anchor investor in Yaak’s upcoming Series A funding round. ​​No other events have occurred after the balance sheet date to this date, which would influence the evaluation of this annual report.
