Forretning og udvikling
The principal activites of the company is to conduct business involving medical and other healthrelated
guidance in connection with weight loss, as well as related activities as deemed appropriate by the
management.
Development in activities and financial and economic position
The company’s income statement for 2025 shows a loss of TDKK 40,753 compared to TDKK 16,825 in 2024, primarily due to an impairment on intercompany receivables. The company’s equity amounts to TDKK 3,635 as of 31 December 2025 (2024: TDKK 44,388).

1 | Information on uncertainty with respect to going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company is dependent on obtaining additional financing to meet its obligations and continue operations. At the date of approval of the financial statements, no binding investment agreement has been signed. These conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
Management expects the final investment agreement to be signed in early July.

No events have occurred after the end of the financial year of material importance for the Company's financial position.
