Skypuzzler ApS

The company's activities comprise the development of complex software for the drone and space industry. The software provides an advanced technological solution for safely separating flying unmanned vehicles. It involves advanced algorithms. The integrated module is used, e.g., by Uncrewed Traffic Management (UTM) systems. The technology is highly innovative because it delivers an improved version of existing UTM systems and creates a whole new category of products and services that can change the way, e.g., the drone industry, operates.

The income statement for the period 01.01.25 - 31.12.25 shows a profit/loss of DKK 824,661 against DKK -1,646,907 for the period 01.01.24 - 31.12.24. The balance sheet shows equity of DKK 17,370,059.

During 2025, software development has been the main activity, and development costs of DKK 5.863.912 are recognised as work performed for own account and capitalised as tangible assets.…

Skypuzzler has negotiated with United Airline Ventures (UAV) for investment in our seed round and signed an agreement in January 2026, under which UAV invests EUR 0,5m in equity. In addition to strengthening the financial position, UAV brings valuable knowledge and experience in aviation to the US market.

Since closing our pre-seed round with a Danish Business Angel, Skypuzzler has demonstrated its ability to attract venture capital from Rethink Ventures, EIC Fund, and United Airlines Ventures. These strong investors position the company at a new level towards our Series A funding round in 2026.
