- primary activities • The company's activities comprise to operation of a store at Copenhagen Airport. • entity

- development in activities and financial affairs • The income statement for the period 15.02.22 - 31.12.22 shows a profit/loss of DKK -3,968k. The balance sheet shows equity of DKK -2,578k.

The Company has lost more than half of the subscribed capital. Management is continuing

working with the measures taken to re-establish the share capital. Reference is made to note 1 for further description. • entity

- going concern uncertainty • The Company has lost more than 50% of its share capital, cf. Section 119 of the Danish Companies Act. Management expects that the capital will be reestablished from positive results in the coming years. The Company has received letters of support from Gebr. Heinemann SE & KG, to provide sufficient funds to meet its financial obligations as they fall due at least 12 months after the balance sheet date of this annual report. Based on this, the Company presents its financial statements on a going concern assumption. • entity

- subsequent events • As of 27 June 2023 the ownership for Gebr. Heinemann SE & Co. KG of the parent company, GateZero GmbH, changed from 50% to 100%. Then 100% of the control is transfered to the Heinemann Group.

Except from the above mentioned, no important events occurred after the end of the financial year. • entity

- contingent liabilities • Lease commitments

The company has a lease agreement which includes a contingent liability for rent and marketing fee. The annual rent is revenue based.

Further the company has a rent agreement with terms of maturity of 1 month and a lease payment of DKK 4 thousand. • entity
