Company activities
Alea Quantum Technologies ApS develops Quantum Random Number Generators (QRNGs) that are used mainly for strong encryption and quantum communication. Alea´s products leverage its unique IP that enables future-proof encryption against emerging quantum computing threats.
During 2025, the company matured its QRNG into a commercial product that is now sold to partners in the quantum communication domain.

4. Capital resourcesThe company has lost more than 50% of its equity and is therefore subject to the capital requirements set out in Section 119 of the Danish Companies Act. Management expects the equity to be restored through future earnings and, if necessary, through the injection of new capital from existing or new investors.
