The Entity's purpose is to own and invest in capital shares and other related businesses.
Description of material changes in activities and finances
The income statement of the Entity for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 28 thousand, and at 31.12.2025 the balance sheet of the Entity shows a negative equity of DKK 111 thousand.

1 Judgements regarding going concern
As of 31.12.2025, the Entity had negative equity. The Entity's shareholders have provided a statement of support confirming they will provide financial support if required. This support is valid for at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. Management has assessed the Entity's ability to continue operations and concludes that, with the shareholder support, the Entity will continue as a going concern for at least 12 months. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
No events have occurred after the balance sheet date to this date, which would influence the evaluation of this annual report.
