The company’s purpose is to establish, own, and manage plants that produce energy from renewable energy sources, and to carry out related business activities within the renewable energy sector.

Usikkerhed om fortsat drift

The parent company, Incomas Holding ApS, has pledged that, in addition to the loans provided as of 31 December 2025, it will support In Commodities PV ApS financially in the form of subsidy to the extent necessary to finance its operating activities and to settle its financial obligations, up until the preparation of the next annual report.On this basis, the financial statements for 2025 have been prepared on a going concern basis.

Other contingent liabilities

The Danish group companies are jointly and severally liable for tax on the jointly taxed incomes etc of the Group. The total amount of corporation tax payable is disclosed in the Annual Report of Incomas Holding ApS, which is the management company of the joint taxation purposes. Moreover, the Danish group companies are jointly and severally liable for Danish withholding taxes by way of dividend tax, tax on royalty payments and tax on unearned income. Any subsequent adjustments of corporation taxes and withholding taxes may increase the Company's liability.
