Velkomn Komplementar ApS

The company's main activity is to be a complementary in Velkomn Denmark K/S.

The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 31,872 against a profit of DKK 4,843 last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows a negative equity of DKK 8,099.

The company has lost more than 100% of the share capital. Capital is expected to be recovered through profits in the following years.

Financing is secured through the loan facility agreement for the companies in the Velkomn Denmark K/S Group.

No events materially affecting the Company's financial position have occurred subsequent to the financial year-end.

Other contingent liabilities

As management company, the Company is jointly taxed with other Danish group entities and is jointly and severally with other jointly taxed group entities for payment of income taxes as well as withholding taxes on interest, royalties and dividends.

The Company is personally, directly and unlimitedly liable as a general partner for the total obligations of Velkomn Denmark K/S and Haven HoldCo K/S.

The total debt obligations in the companies where Velkomn Komplementar ApS is the general partner amouns to DKK 2,281,030 thousand.

As part of the loan facility agreement provided by a lender to the Velkomn Denmark K/S Group and all subsidiaries in the Group all companies in the Group guarantees as primary obligor for all obligations under the agreement on behalf of all companies in the Group.
