Forretning og udvikling
The purpose of the company is to make investments in real estate, directly or indirectly, including the purchase and sale of real estate and the administration and management of real estate, and other related activities.
Financial review
The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a loss of DKK 668.539, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 43.023.727.

No events have occurred after the balance sheet date which could significantly affect the company's financial position.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The Entity serves as the administration company in a Danish joint taxation arrangement. According to the joint taxation provisions of the Danish Corporation Tax Act, the Entity is therefore liable for income taxes etc. for the jointly taxed entities, and for obligations, if any, relating to the withholding of tax on interest, royalties and dividend for these entities.
