The Company's principal activity is to be the General Partner of Calder Midco K/S.
Financial review
The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a profit of DKK 2,951, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 29,344.
Risici og væsentlige forhold
No events have occurred after the balance sheet date which could significantly affect the company's financial position.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The company is jointly and severally liable together with its parent company and jointly and severally liable with other jointly taxed entities for payment of income taxes for the Groups joint taxable income and for certain possible withholding taxes, such as dividend tax etc.
Tax payable on the Group's joint taxable income is stated in the annual report of DK Resi Holdco I ApS, which serves as management company for the joint taxation.
As a general partner, Calder GP ApS is responsible for all obligations of the following company and its wholly owned subsiduaries per year end:
