Forretning og udvikling
The company's main activity is the development and operation of renewable energy facilities in Denmark.
Financial review
The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a loss of DKK 25.751, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows negative equity of DKK 66.937.
Management has assessed that the company can continue as a going concern. To support this assessment, the company’s parent company has issued a letter of support and subordination, ensuring that the company has sufficient financial resources to continue its operations in the coming financial year.

No events have occurred after the balance sheet date which could significantly affect the company's financial position.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The company is jointly taxed with its parent company, WINDSPACE A/S (management company), and jointly and severally liable with other jointly taxed entities for payment of income taxes for income year 2025 onwards as well as for payment of withholding taxes on dividends, interest and royalties which fall due for payment.
The company has not provided any pledge or other security in its assets.
