Forretning og udvikling
In accordance with the articles of association, the company aims to operate a leasing business with train sets.
Financial review
The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a profit of TDKK 85, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of TDKK 450.168.
Risici og væsentlige forhold
Management has assessed the going concern basis in light of the Minister of Transport’s termination of the train operating contract and the expected transfer of all rail activities to DSB in Q2 2026. The rail business is classified as discontinuing operations.
A subsequent independent valuation supports the recognised amounts. Management expects the transaction with DSB to be completed and considers the going concern assumption appropriate.
The company is part of the Group's rail business. The Danish Ministry of Transport announced in autunm 2025 that the rail contract is to be transferred to DSB instead. This means that the company' activities will terminated in 2026.

The company is jointly and severally liable for income tax with other companies in the joint taxation group.
