Uncertainties relating to going concernThe company has lost its share capital as of December 31, 2025. Management assesses that
the equity can be restored through future earnings and capital increase. Management also assesses that the company has sufficient liquidity to continue operations until the filing of the annual report for the financiel year 2026. Based on this, Management considers the going concern assumption to be fulfilled.
