Forretning og udvikling
In accordance with the articles of association, the purpose of the company is to operate a leasing business with buses.
Financial review
The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a loss of TDKK 570, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of TDKK 36.196.
Risici og væsentlige forhold
To support the Company's short-term operational needs and planned investment expansions, reliance is placed on internal financing. This funding is anticipated to remain accessible through GoCollective Holding A/S, the Company’s ultimate Danish parent company. Additionally, the Company has obtained a letter of support from its parent, GoCollective Bus A/S, which assures that intercompany debt will not be called in the short term unless there is sufficient liquidity.
The letter also guarantees that sufficient funds will be provided to meet the Company's short-term debt obligations as they arise, at least until the next annual general meeting in 2027.…
