Unusual circumstances affecting recognition and measurement
The financial position of the Group as of 31 December 2025, and the results of operations and cash flows for the financial year 2025, have not been affected by any unusual or non-recurring events beyond those described above.
No events materially affecting the assessment of the Annual Report have occurred after the balance sheet date.
Forpligtelser og sikkerhedsstillelser
The Entity serves as the administration company in a Danish joint taxation arrangement. According to the joint taxation provisions of the Danish Corporation Tax Act, the Entity is therefore liable for income taxes etc. for the jointly taxed entities, and also for obligations, if any, relating to the withholding of tax on interest, royalties and dividends for these entities.
13 Assets charged and collateral
Shares in group enterprises with a carrying amount of TDKK 948,632 is placed as collateral for debt to other credit institutions.
