Description of key activities of the companyThe company’s principal activity in the financial year has been the development of SkyDock’s universal automatic docking and charging station for autonomous drones, including related technical and digital functionality aimed at enabling remote, continuous drone operations without manual battery replacement.
In addition, the company’s purpose is to conduct trading and carry out commercial activities, including the marketing and sale of products and services, the management of customer relationships, and day-to-day operational activities.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThe gross profit for the year totals DKK 398.416. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -32.438. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory.

Financial resourcesAs at 31 March 2026, the Company has lost its capital and is therefore subject to section 119 of the Danish Companies Act regarding capital loss. Management expects that the Company’s capital can be reestablished over time through future earnings.
Events occurring after the end of the financial yearNo events have occurred after the balance sheet date of material importance to the annual report for 2024/2026.
