Forretning og udvikling
Description of key activities of the companyThe company’s purpose is to develop software for energy calculations and related activities.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersThe gross loss for the year totals DKK -3.093 thousand. Profit or loss from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK -3.183 thousand. Management considers the net profit or loss for the year satisfactory, given the company's purpose as a project company established to manage the development of spin-outs from the KRING venture studio.
Financial resourcesThe company has lost more than 50% of its share capital. In accordance with the Danish Companies Act § 119, Management has assessed that the equity will be re-established through continued operations. As at 31/12 2025 the Company's parent company, KRING Speedbooting 2022 K/S, has issued a letter of support, which enables SB22 Iris ApS to meet its obligations as they fall due. The letter of support expires at the date of the next ordinary general meeting.
