The company's purpose comprise trading with energy, investment and related activities.
Risici og væsentlige forhold
Management is aware that the company is subject to the provisions on capital loss pursuant to Section 119 of the Danish Companies Act. As this represents the company’s first financial year, it is anticipated that the share capital will be restored through future ordinary operations. The year-to-date result for 2026 is so far positive, and management expects the full year 2026 to close with a positive result. Furthermore, the company has secured a long-term financing structure, and accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.
