contributions.

During the period, there were no significant

changes in the activities and financial position.

In 2025, Feats continued to accelerate growth in all

key metrics. We continued our strategy of con-

trolled, high-quality network growth with Total

Members increasing from 11,814 to 19,476. Total

Verifications, a key measure of network relevance,

increased from 26,949 to 120,334, ending the year

averaging over 11,000 New Verifications per

month.

Our financing agreement, closed at the end of

2025, gives us a solid foundation on which to build.

The company will introduce paid upgrades for busi-

nesses in 2026 and expects profitable operations

in 2027.
