BoxCo 2 ApS

The Company’s key activities are to hold shares in BoxCo ApS and, where relevant, to acquire, hold, and dispose of unlisted and listed shares in other businesses which, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, are related thereto.

The income statement of the Company for 2025 shows a profit of DKK 0, and at 31 December 2025 the balance sheet of the Company shows an equity of MDKK 1,666.

The expectation for the coming financial year is a result in line with the current year. The expectations have been prepared taking into account the established Group structure and the financial year. Accordingly, no direct comparison can be made with previous financial periods.

It is the company’s first financial year, and accordingly no expectations have previously been announced.The Group was established in connection to the closing of the Imbox Protection A/S acquisition on 16 September 2025. Until closing the company had no activities. The financial statements cover a 6 month period since the foundation of the company, however operating activities are presented for 3 and a half months covering the period 16 September – 31 December 2025.

There has been no uncertainty regarding recognition and measurement in the Annual Report.

The financial position at 31 December 2025 of the Company and the results of the activities and cash flows of the Company for the financial year for 2025 have not been affected by any unusual events.

No events materially affecting the assessment of the Annual Report have occurred after the balance sheet date.

Guarantee obligationsBoxco 2 ApS has provided a guarantee as primary obligor for Boxco ApS.
