- development in activities and financial affairs • Revenue for the financial year amounted to DKK 169,296 thousand, compared with DKK 167,968 thousand in the prior year, representing growth of 1%. Revenue growth was below the expectations set out in the prior year outlook, reflecting a more challenging market environment. Nevertheless, the Company maintained a stable revenue base and continued to invest in strategic growth initiatives. Loss before tax amounted to DKK 116,181 thousand, compared with a loss before tax of DKK 20,684 thousand in the prior year. The result was significantly impacted by a write-down of the investment in Experian AS of DKK 102,951 thousand following an impairment assessment performed as at 31 March 2026. Excluding this non-recurring impairment charge, the Company's loss before tax was DKK 13,230 thousand, reflecting an improvement compared with the prior year. Operating expenses remained well controlled during the year, with staff costs decreasing by 6% to DKK 66,047 thousand from DKK 70,305 thousand in the prior year, partially offset by higher amortisation and depreciation charges arising from continued investment in data assets and technology platforms. Gross profit increased to DKK 83,276 thousand from DKK 80,419 thousand in the prior year. The balance sheet at 31 March 2026 shows total equity of DKK 222,661 thousand, compared with DKK 35,948 thousand at 31 March 2025. The increase was primarily driven by a capital contribution of DKK 300,000 thousand from the shareholder during the year, partly offset by the loss for the year. Management remains focused on maintaining an efficient cost base while continuing to invest in product innovation, data assets and technology capabilities to support future growth and long-term value creation. Using the latest technology, Experian A/S offers a large number of products and customised solutions with credit information, market insights and industry analyses. In Denmark Experian includes: Experian RKI, which is the largest register of individuals with negative credit records in the country; Experian KOB, which is the largest company commercial database in the market; and Experian Decision Analytics, which offers a unique combination of intelligent data technology and consultancy based, customised enterprise solutions. As at 31 March 2026, impairment assessments were performed for both investments. For Experian AS, although performance over the last few years has been below expectations, significant investments have been made in products and services that are expected to generate improved returns and free cash flows in future periods. Noitso A/S continues to make progress on its business plan objectives and continues to perform in line with expectations. The recoverable value of each investment was assessed using discounted cash flow analyses based on current trading performance and the latest approved business plan projections covering the subsequent five-year period. Based on the results of the impairment assessments, the carrying value of the investment in Experian AS has been written down by DKK 102,951 thousand to reflect its recoverable amount as at 31 March 2026.
