Selskabets hovedformål er at være administrations- og bemandingsselskab for selskaberne i HOFOR Forsyning Holding P/S koncernen, herunder at levere drifts-, vedligeholdelses- og anlægsarbejder til alle selskaber med undtagelse af BIOFOS Holding A/S med underliggende datterselskaber. Desuden leverer selskabet administrationsydelser til HOFOR Forsyning Komplementar A/S.
