Description of key activities of the companyThe company was established the 1st. December 1984 by the late Mr. Jørgen Simonsen. He passed away too soon in 2011. The company was managed and owned by the brothers Klaus and Morten Simonsen as partners until 1st. January 2025, on which date the company was transferred 100% to Morten Simonsen, who is now the sole owner and CEO of the company. The company is an exclusive supplier to the; a. Global Primary Aluminum Industry b. Global Waste to Energy Industry The company is the exclusive representative and sales office for the largest production companies for the range of materials being; - Insulation materials - Refractory materials - Carbon Materials introduced and distributed by the company to the global customers.
