10 | Significant principal activities The principal activities of the MBL Group comprise, like in previous years, of development, production and trade in products related to the wheelchair/rehabilitation and aged care markets. The production is performed in the foreign subsidiaries in Poland and China. Product development and sale of the Group's products is also performed by the foreign subsidiaries. The products are sold globally, primarily in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. MBL Group has continued to further develop the US market in 2025 (2025 US sales share is close to 10% of total sales). During 2025, MBL Group's products have been sold to more than 38 countries. MBL Group delivers the following products to the rehabilitation and aged care markets: 1. Complete mobility devices: Rollators, wheelchairs, powered add-on devices and long-term care beds (ODM and OEM) 2. Sub-assemblies to manual and powered wheelchairs (including electromechanical solutions like tilt, lift and tilt & lift systems) 3. Components like wheels, pushrims casters, brakes, axles etc. MBL A/S is the entity which created and consistently developed the Group's business strategy for more than 20 years. As a result, the company has built a world-renowned brand — MBL, earned customers' trust in many countries, and achieved a high level of engineering know-how. From a structural perspective, MBL A/S acts as the operating holding company directly controlling MBL Poland and MBL China, the Group's two manufacturing facilities. For several years MBL China and MBL Poland have built up advanced innovation capabilities and customer connections, hence MBL A/S´ agreement with its subsidiaries regarding payment for customer base and trademark expired end of FY2024. Nowadays, MBL A/S performs functions related to trademark protection and strategic decision-making.
