The Company’s activities consist of rent of returnable transport items (RTI’s), for example CC Containers flower trolleys, in an international pooling system, which also includes maintenance and administration of these products. Both customer-owned containers and CC-owned containers circulate in the asset pool. CC is the caretaker of the CC system and pool of containers. The Company also conducts Pool Management including “optimization of logistical flows and balance clearing" between parties in the supply chain, where other products than the Company’s own are also utilized.​​Corporate structure and workforce ​During 2025 the following legal changes took place within the Container Centralen group: ​ ​• On October 16th, 2025, Container Centralen A/S sold 100% of the shares of Container Centralen Benelux B.V. to ​ VeeGeeCee B.V. ​• On October 17th, 2025, Container Centralen A/S sold 100% of the shares of Container Centralen GmbH (Germany), Container Centralen Limited (UK) and Container Centralen S.r.l. (Italy) to Container Centralen Benelux B.V. ​• On December 5th, 2025, Container Centralen Iberica S.L.U. (Spain), a 100% subsidiary of Container Centralen A/S, was liquidated ​• On December 10th, 2025, Container Centralen France Sarl (France), a 100% subsidiary of Container Centralen A/S, was liquidated ​• On December 15th, 2025, Container Centralen A/S changed the legal entity type from an “A/S” to an “ApS”. As a result, the Supervisory Board for this legal entity dissolved. ​• On December 22nd, 2025, Container Centralen Polska Sp., (Poland), a 100% subsidiary of Container Centralen ApS, was liquidated ​• On December 30th, 2025, Container Centralen Benelux B.V. merged with VeeGeeCee B.V. In this merger VeeGeeCee B.V. was the disappearing legal entity and Container Centralen Benelux B.V. was the remaining legal entity and changed its name to Container Centralen B.V.. A Supervisory Board was established with the same members as the former Supervisory Board of Container Centralen A/S. ​ ​As consequence of above legal changes the management of the group has changed. The Management Team and Supervisory Board of Container Centralen A/S has now become the Management Team and Supervisory Board of Container Centralen B.V. ​
