In 2025, DEAS A/S continued to operate as a Danish provider of professional property management and related real estate services. The Company maintained its established service portfolio, including administration, operation and maintenance, technical advisory services, sustainability and energy consulting, facility management, letting services, and support for public‑private partnerships. No significant service areas were added or discontinued during the year. DEAS A/S primarily operated within residential real estate, which continued to represent the majority of the managed portfolio. In addition, the Company also served a broad range of commercial properties, including office and retail assets. The Company continued to serve its core customer segments, primarily pension funds, property investment companies, housing associations, private investors, and public‑private partnerships. The geographical focus remained on the Danish market, while integration activities with the PHM Group accelerated significantly throughout 2025. The number of employees declined during the year, primarily as a result of reduced turnover and efficiency measures implemented as part of the integration process.
