Business and development
Main activityThe Company’s main activities are worldwide to grant and obtain loans within the group, to invest group funds, to actas holding company for investments in other group companies and to provide services to other group companies.
Development in activities and financial circumstancesThe loss for 2025 amounted to DKK 1,068,527k after tax, which is a decrease of DKK 1,088,190k compared to 2024.
Equity for the year is positively affected by hyperinflation adjustments in the Argentinian subsidiaries with DKK
3,783,072k.
Risks and material matters
Recognition and measurement in the Annual Report have not been subject to any uncertainty despite what has alreadybeen described regarding hyperinflation in accounting policies.
Significant eventsThe financial position at 31 December 2025 of the Company and the results of the activities of the Company for thefinancial year for 2025 have not been affected by any significant events.
The Management of the Company has initiated redomiciliation to change Company registration from Denmark to theNetherlands. The redomiciliation is expected to take effect in 2026.
After the end of the financial year, the Company has received capital contribution of DKK 360,439,515 whichconsists of an increase in share capital of DKK 300 and a share premium of DKK 360,439,215.
The Management of the Company has initiated redomiciliation to change Company registration from Denmark tothe Netherlands. The redomiciliation is expected to take effect in 2026.

Contingent liabilitiesJoint taxationThe Group’s Danish companies are jointly and severally liable for tax on the Group’s taxable income, etc.
According to the joint taxation provisions of the Danish Corporation Tax Act, the Company is therefore liable forincome taxes etc. for the jointly taxed companies and also for obligations, if any, relating to the withholding of taxon interest, royalties and dividends for these companies.
