MAAL ApS owns 100% of DTEK A/S. VSK HOLDING A/S has 50–66.66% legal ownership of MAAL ApS but holds 0% of its voting rights. LSK ApS and ASK ApS each have 15–19.99% legal ownership and 33.33% of MAAL ApS’s voting rights; MA STØVRING HOLDING ApS has 10–14.99% legal ownership and 25% of the voting rights.

DTEK A/S’s share capital was increased by a nominal DKK 950,000 in October 2016 to DKK 5 million; the registration states a subscription price of 1,368.42. The company has used the name DTEK A/S since 15 September 2004, after previously being named DKB NR. 2008 A/S, DANSK TEKNIKERENTREPRISE A/S and DANSK TEKNIKENTREPRISE A/S.
