- development in activities and financial affairs • Financial review The Company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a profit of DKK 6.981.023 thousand, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 14.482.847 thousand. The profit for the year are at the same level as for 2024 if the dividend from investments in subsidiaries is excluded. During 2025 the Company received a dividend of DKK 6.950 million (2024 DKK 9.600 million) from DHCDAN Holding ApS. The cash was subsequently distributed as dividend to the owner. The Board of Executives recommends distribution of the profit as stated under the proposed distribution of profit.For 2026 the Company expects to realise an operating profit, at the same level as 2025 (+/-10%). • entity

Currency risks: The Company's net payments in foreign currencies are usually sold immediately after receipt. There is no hedging of currency risk on foreign currency assets and liabilities. - contingent liabilities • Joint taxation The Company is jointly taxed with Danaher Tax Administration ApS, which is the management company (Administrationsselskab) for the Danish joint taxation. The Company is jointly and severally unlimited liable with the other jointly taxed companies for payment of corporation tax and for withholding tax on interest, royalties and dividends.Withholding taxIn 2013 and 2019 the Company received assessments from the Danish Tax Authorities ("Skattestyrelsen") related to withholding tax on interest accrued on loans granted from certain related parties. At 31 December 2025 a tax claim of approx. DKK 2.1bn inclusive of interest calculated as at 31 December 2025 has been imputed on the Company for the years 2004 – 2015. The Company has filed complaints with The National Tax Tribunal claiming that the positions taken are in accordance with relevant tax laws. The Company believes the positions taken are not abusive and will continue to defend its position and contest the assessments by The Danish Tax Authorities. If necessary, the case will be taken further on to the courts. The ultimate resolution of the matter is uncertain and may take several years.According to a tax indemnity agreement entered into with the foreign related party lenders, the lenders hold harmless the Company for the full claim raised by the Danish Tax Authorities. As a result, the Company does not expect the resolution of this matter will have a future material impact to the Company’s financial statements including its cash flow.Other ContingenciesThe Company has no other contingent assets or liabilities. • entity
