On 6 November 2025, the company changed its name from IIH Nordic to Dear Future—a name that reflects its mission to help organisations shape their future with AI. As part of the transformation, the company implemented significant changes in management. A co-founder stepped down, and parts of the leadership team were replaced. The organisation was restructured around a client-centric model, focusing on deeper, more strategic client relationships. Henrik Stenmann, founder and CEO, leads Dear Future with a sharpened strategic direction and a renewed leadership team.
