Following the sale of Seatruck Ferries Holding Ltd. in November 2022, Clipper Group A/S’ activities have been limited to holding an investment in a non-operating company, Clipper Fourth ApS. With effect from 1 January 2025, Clipper Fourth ApS was merged into Clipper Group A/S, which continues as the surviving entity. In connection with the sale of Seatruck Ferries Holding Ltd., the Company remains exposed to potential claims. During the year, the uncertainty has decreased, and no significant claims have been identified.
