UPstream Invest A/S er stiftet 8. oktober 2008. Selskabets formål og aktivitet er udelukkende at samle en vifte af solide og perspektivrige aktieinvesteringer i branchen for grøn energiteknologi og -elektronik i én aktie, nemlig UPstream aktien. Således tilstræber selskabets stiftere at skabe en fælles platform for aktionærer for fokuseret investering i grøn energiteknologi og powerelektronik. Med et ord er vores investeringstema: Elektrificering. Selskabet er efter skattereformen af 2009 et investeringsselskab. Der er 110 aktionærer i selskabet hvis egenkapital ved regnskabsårets slutning udgjorde 33,4 millioner kr.
