Ledelsen finder regnskabsåret 2025 særdeles tilfredsstillende. Den strategiske omstilling, som blev

iværksat i de foregående år, har i 2025 båret frugt og skabt et solidt fundament for vækst. Selskabet

står i dag bedre på sine tre forretningsområder \(strategisk kommunikation og rådgivning, concept og

digital\), og synergien mellem disse er blevet markant styrket.

En væsentlig driver for årets positive udvikling har været den succesfulde implementering af AI i

vores arbejdsprocesser. Ved at integrere AI som en naturlig medspiller i hverdagen har vi formået

at øge vores leverancekraft og kvalitet, samtidig med at vi har fastholdt vores kerneværdi - at være

Danmarks mest fleksible bureau.

Vores filosofi om "privatliv før arbejdsliv" er fortsat fundamentet for vores high-performance kultur.

I 2025 har vi bevist, at fuld fleksibilitet og stor medarbejdertilfredshed ikke blot er foreneligt med

vækst, men er selve forudsætningen for at kunne tiltrække de talenter, der kan navigere i et marked

i hurtig forandring.

Væsentlige ændringer i aktiviteter og økonomiske forhold

Der er ikke sket væsentlige ændringer i selskabets aktiviteter i 2025, men de økonomiske resultater

afspejler en markant positiv udvikling. Selskabet har realiseret vækst på toplinjen gennem stort set

hele året, hvilket har resulteret i en samlet bundlinjevækst på 20%. Ledelsen anser dette resultat for

meget tilfredsstillende.

Denne fremgang skyldes i høj grad, at investeringerne i vores strategi og teknologiske set-up nu for

alvor slår igennem. Vi ser en sund fordeling af omsætningen på tværs af alle tre ben, og særligt

forretningsområderne Concept og Digital har i 2025 taget den planlagte, større andel af selskabets

samlede volumen.

Resultatet bekræfter ledelsens tro på, at kombinationen af dyb strategisk rådgivning og innovative

digitale løsninger er den rette vej mod fremtidens marked.
