On 16 December 2024, Renescience A/S entered into a Share Purchase Agreement for the sale of its subsidiaries, Ørsted Renescience Northwich Ltd. and Ørsted Renescience Northwich O&M Ltd. The transaction was completed on 31 October 2025. A key term of the agreement required the subsidiaries to be sold on a debt-free basis. To satisfy this condition, Renescience A/S made an additional capital contribution to Ørsted Renescience Northwich Ltd. prior to closing.
