Description
To our colleagues across the entire CCiT Group - to our shareholders, our financiers, investors and all our advisors who walked this year with us. 2025 was the year CCiT became the company we set out to build in 2020. A Danish IT group with defined business units, a stronger platform position in the Danish market, and a capital structure built for the next phase of growth. CCiT Group’s primary activity is to acquire, own and develop IT companies. We do that with a deliberate disintegrated model: we preserve strong specialist brands, strengthen them with capital, structure, operational discipline and scale, and build a group that can serve customers across the entire IT stack. That is the strategic context for 2025. The reported numbers show one picture. The underlying operating development shows another. Both matter. Taken together, they show a business that grew materially, absorbed several transactions, and entered 2026 with a stronger platform than at any point in our history. Theyearinnumbers As reported under Danish GAAP. Revenue of DKK 512.7 million against DKK 337.0 million in 2024 - growth of 52 percent. EBITDA was DKK 12.2 million, compared with DKK 19.5 million in 2024. The result after tax was a loss of DKK 10.9 million, compared with a profit after tax of DKK 9.2 million in 2024. Cash flow from operating activities was DKK 52.5 million, compared with negative DKK 5.1 million in 2024 - an improvement of approximately DKK 57.6 million in the cash generated by the business. Adjusted for non-recurring costs. In 2025 we incurred approximately DKK 13.3 million of non-recurring costs. These costs were primarily related to three significant events: the acquisitions and integrations of Komplex IT and TimeComputer, and the equity investment from Pride Capital Partners. These events are expected to create value over many years. In 2025, however, they also created extraordinary costs in the income statement. Adjusted for these non- recurring costs, operational EBITDA was approximately DKK 25.5 million. That is the number we use internally to understand the operating earnings power of the platform. It does not change the audited result. It explains the bridge between the statutory result and the performance of the underlying business.
