Selskabets væsentligste aktiviteter er at drive tømrervirksomhed og hermed beslægtede opgaver. Udviklingen i selskabets aktiviteter og økonomiske forhold Selskabet har fortsat sine normale driftsaktiviteter. Selskabet er blevet fusioneret med Heto Leasing ApS pr. 1. oktober 2024, hvor Heto ApS er det fortsættende selskab. Fusionen er regnskabsmæssigt behandlet efter sammenlægningsmetoden, hvor de to selskabers aktiver og forpligtelser er indregnet til regnskabsmæssige værdier samt tilpasset som om fusionen havde fundet sted fra begyndelsen af regnskabsåret. Årets udvikling og resultat anses for mindre tilfredsstillende.
